Thank you for your comment. I may clarify:-
Presently the rating is made a very simple matter. Any member reader can rate the poem depending upon how he/she has found the poem, poor 1 star, needs improvement 2stars, good 3stars, very good 4 stars, outstanding 5 stars. The ratings given by various readers along with whatever comments received from readers should be able to give a proper feedback to the authors about their poems.
There is no bar on readers commenting and/or advising the way they want on the poem based on how they have found the poem and for authors replying to such feedback & comments; so far for both the language is polite and not slanderous or slang.
In view of the above, I think the readers must make it a point to rate the poem which they have read and where possible to invariably comment on the poem appropriately of their feelings to provide from their side a proper feedback to the author. The opinions will differ hence one can only write his opinion but can not decide or dictate how others should comment.
My opinion I have also enumerated in my reply to comments of shalu & vmjain above, which also I request you to kindly go through…

बहुत सुन्दर अलग तरह से देखी हुई वास्तविकता की बात है
सच ही है, कवि अपने बनाए हुए कुवें का मेंडक ही तो है,
हाँ कुछ कवियों का ये कुवाँ बहुत विशाल और गहरा भी होता है और उन्हें ही हम महाकवि संबोधते हैं
इस सुन्दर अर्थपूर्ण रचना के लिए हार्दिक बधाई

@Vishvnand, I think I put in comments on the ones I liked.More so some of them inspired me to write new poems,I remember one after your poem to was written and acknowledged by you also. Every poet thinks his poem is a good one like a child by his mother but I think by the uniform appreciation to all the good and bad ones both, we weaken the forum.I may be mediocre in other view but it does not bar me from lamenting or does it ?

how the star rating is to be given I do not have an inkling of. The good ones are commented by me and ones lacking in content,style and poetic flavor fail to elicit any. Your exhortation above is valid but unless the poor ones do not get appropriate comments but similar comments of recommendation it becomes mockery of appreciation.

hey, good to see you back Aneisha. This is an interesting description. Never thought of a racoon that seriously.
Fireworks of fur spark out of its ringed eyes
while circle stripes surround its fur
