English Poetry

If you are in service
Remember to serve your best
For service verily is Divine.

If you do business
Or any other type of work
Remember you are worshipping God
For Work is Worship

If you are discharging
Your duties on a personal
Or a professional front
Or at the front
On the borders of our country
Remember then,
That Duty is God

So remember the lines
Duty is God
Work is Worship
And Service is Divine

    Marvellous with the
    specific meaning
    intended, Vishvji.

  2. Vishvnand says:

    Nice poem of value, commends

But who is this “you” in the poem, if not we
& If it means we, why not say “we” in place of “You”
Then the poem will not appear like a political sermon but an advice of affection …. 🙂

    • Apurva Bharat Gaglani says:

The You approach is used as in the ‘We’ approach it is difficult for one person to do all three, i.e. duty, work and service.

      • Vishvnand says:

I suggested what I felt, the choice is yours to accept or not
But why it should better be “we” & not “you”, I could convince you not… 🙂
