English Poetry

And thus shall go on the play,

Between the satellites ‘You’ and ‘I ‘;

Arrested by the wish of merciful Providence,

In the orbit of universal forces;

Of magnetic Beauty,

And gravitating Love;

Until the destined hour,

When  released by the mightier Fate,

They shall be hurtled out of track;

To disintegrate

Back into the elements,

From where they came.
