The man who saw 20 and failed to score

On Feb 25, 2013

The man steps on the chair
And removes the curtain
That are in a pair
He is filled with scratchiness
All over his body

The woman steps on the chair
On a pillow over it
And puts the curtain
That are in a pair
And that has been washed clean

The man saw “20″

Exactly on Feb 5, 2013

The man had the misal-pav
At a roadside restaurant
And sat near a place
By the curtain
And a dead fly landed
On his head
And he was unaware
About it for quite sometime

Everything appears Greek & Latin & under curtains
    & only about this I am certain…… :)

      Leave it.

It is more for my reference for the incidents that have occured in my life

It is meant to be more of a documentation.

      • Vishvnand says:

If so; please keep such documentations sacredly in your own possession
Why share it openly in a poetry forum and create undesired confusion ? :)

        • Apurva Bharat Gaglani says:

          There is a reason.

Firstly this has already occured twice with me. This year as well as last year.
Secondly, when I type, I type it out on the PC and there is a time lag between me typing the poem and writing it out and keeping with me.
So during this time lag if my PC stops working, I may lose the documentation. So putting up on p4poetry serves as a ready reference anytime, anywhere and any day.

Yes; very true. Bumpers, the posting as well as the response…
Better avoid temptation to touch, hit or flirt with bumpers but duck and see it go all along overhead to whoever is the wicket keeper. Your comment reminded me of my cricket…Thanks :)
