THINGS WE MISS EVERYDAY

Loading ...Everyday,we people enjoy,
To have a hot cup of sunrise.
But,we miss the awesome moments,
To disclose our windows for the real sunrise !
Everyday,we people enjoy,
The songs of our i-pod.
But,we miss the sweet songs,
Of the sparrows of nearby trees !
Everyday,we people enjoy,
To have laptops on our lap.
But,we miss many lovely chances,
To have our children on our lap !
Everyday,we people enjoy,
To descry different flowers as our screen-savers.
But,our luckless eyes miss,
The real ones at our garden !
Everyday,we people feel proud,
To be a fan of great filmstars or leaders.
But,we miss the glory moments,
Of loving ourselves !
Occationally,we people enjoy,
With our buddies in parties and hang-outs.
But,we miss the golden moments,
Of bringing up the TRIBAL PEOPLE !

A really nice poem conveying the message that we, now a days, are busy in appreciatng and enjoying the artificial things and ignoring the real ones, Congrats

Hola! friends...!!i'm aarthika......i am just out of my school life and hav got lots of passion and love towards poems..I really learnt a lot frm u guys..nd think u all as elders of my family and need comments frm u all to get improved further in writing poems..i love Mother Nature and my country a lot .....many of my articles were taken place in regional journals..

Very meaningful thoughts and ideas embedded in the poem and generating many more for the reader to muse over on the artificial manner in which we mostly are leading our lives today.
