“Vexatious Vagrants”

At our door, in the street, at any four-way circle,

At Shopping Centre, at Ry. Station, at B us Terminus,

All around in any Crowdy Spot and even near any Mill;

Bereaved Beggars appear to be inevitably ubiquitous !

# Residents, travellers, pilgrims and all usual passers-by

Are snubbed by these vexatious vagrants in your way;

More so happens with Visiting Foeigners, whereby

Vitiating our National Name and Fame everyday !

# As these vagrants are inert and sticky without remedy,

Until they are taken to be rigidly contained and curtailed

By the Government that must be ponderous over the tragedy,

By imposing a law rendering liable all beggars to be nailed !

# Jobless poverty is the root cause of all such vague vagrancy,

Homelessness adds fuel to the fire burning their rights of humanity;

The Government ought to seize them all by adopting insurgency,

To provide them with Welfare Shelters in any viable vicinity !

# Vigorous and virtuous vagrants could be chosen from their lot,

By floundering inquisitively and campaigning spot-to-spot !

Special nourishing be preferred in favour of kids and disabled ones,

Vagrants being also human-beings need be treated like daughters and sons !

# Callousness over this problem should be taken for a civil crime,

Government and Public Welfare Groups should lose for this no time !

There are many other countries without such vagrant generation,

Analogous thereto, why not should stand quite so our Nation ?

“bhikhaari is desh ke liye abhishaap hai
bheekh de kar unhe panpana bhi pap hai
jab tak ye paap ham karte rahenge
desh me yu hi bhikhari panapte rahenge
inse chhutkara tab milega
jab inhe koi rozgaar milega
bhookh to sabko lagti hai ,pet ki aag inhe bhi bujhani hai

inhe to khane ko kuchh bhi mile, roti na sahi daant aur gaali to khani hai”

bhikhariyon ki samasya par sahi lekhan.kavi ko sadhuwaad.
