English Poetry

You smile and I see joy in your form,
you cry and my heart feels lovelorn.
From heavens above to grace my life,
it’s from you the truest joy I derive.
Love has found a genuine expression,
and brought to my life a new-found passion.

Love you my little angel,
with all the vastness of my heart’s vale.
You’ve given me a reason to live,
and carry on with a firm belief.

That life is a miracle,
not a bed full of obstacles.

Like her we all are His children,
sent here to others slowly befriend.

    Krishna,
good poem. Well expressed father’s love. There is, I think, something in parental love that brings profounder changes than other types of love.
    May I suggest these changes?
” That life is a miracle,
(but – delete) not a bed full of obstacles.
Like her we all His children,
sent here us all to befriend. “
