In the 80′s, a cozy bar in the office locality did roaring business;
Executives profusely patronized it in the evenings to rid tiredness.
They would rush there straight after office hours in the evenings.
And call home “I am held up at the office, will be late returning”
It was no bluff; the bar’s name was “The Office”, a conscious shrewdness….!
