English Poetry

             A woman, however, fair,

             beautiful with decorative

             ornaments and well dressed;

             she isn’t a noble lady to adore,

             if she hasn’t  got any virtue.

             A poem or a piece of art,

             however, fabulous with

             colourful garments, bombast

             and decoration, without good content or theme,

             is not worthy enough to acclaim.

    Medhini,
    true words indeed and well said.
    We confuse love and beauty.
    This poem is some measure of your talent.
    These lines we should regularly apply to ourselves –
    “without good content or theme,

    is not worthy enough to acclaim.”
