In faith…

Games that people play,
I’d forever then be naive.
I’m only made out of clay,
not so treacherously brave.
Simplicity and hard work,
my essence and virtue.
Never had I them shirk,
believe I and that’s true.

Faith guides and gives me direction,
there’s no way I’d in my endeavor fail.
The fruit of honest work is jubilation,
stormy though it be I would surely sail.

New style, Krishna?
Old themes expressed in new ways and very well rhymed.
Especially liked this line. It is some experience to feel!
“The fruit of honest work is jubilation,”
