मेरा भारत महान…… !
जारी था हुआ फरमान,
हर ट्रक के पीछे लिखना,
था जरूरी,
“मेरा भारत महान”
इक ट्रक ड्राईवर ने देखो,
फरमान ये कैसे निभाया,
लिखा अपने ट्रक के पीछे,
छोटे अक्षर में पहले,
“ सौ में नब्बे बेईमान”
और बड़े बड़े अक्षर में
लिख्खा, उसके ही नीचे,
“ मेरा भारत महान.”
पोलिस ने जब ये देखा,
और उसे समझ जब आया,
ड्राईवर को उसने रोका,
और जेल की धमकी देकर,
गुस्से में बहुत सुनाया.
ड्राईवर था शांत और हसमुख,
जो मधुर स्वरों में बोला,
“ साहिब क्यों गुसा हो तुम,
तुम तो हो मेरे दस में,
नब्बे में नहीं तुम्हे डाला.”
पुलिस भी समझ गया सब,
ड्राईवर को उसने छोड़ा,
और ड्राईवर हसता हसता,
गाता हुआ वहाँ से निकला…..!
“सौ में नब्बे बेईमान
है मेरा भारत महान”
(While observing the 21st & 22nd July debate & environment of the parliament, I was reminded of an old anecdote by the famous, loved & revered great Marathi writer Shri. Va Pu Kale, read years back, and this piece has emerged in its remembrance…….VishVnand)

bahut hi sundar,vishvnand sir.this might be the last poem I am reading(for a year or so),keep blessing the members with treasurable poems like this.
राजीव गाँधी ने कहा था कि सरकार सौ पैसे विकास के लिए भेजती है, पर पन्द्रह पैसे ही वहां तक पहुचाते हैं, यह बात शायद सन् 86 की है तब भाई लोगों ने सोचा कि यह पन्द्रह पैसे भी क्यों छोड़े जाएँ, सो सब हज़म करने का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ और लालूजी को जब पैसा नहीं मिला तो वह चारा ही हज़म कर गए.
पर मित्रों सच यह है कि बे-ईमान तो सौ में से सिर्फ दो ही हैं. यह हमारा दुर्भाग्य है कि यह दो लोग ही हर तरह कि सत्ता पर काबिज़ हैं और हम सभ्यता और संस्कृति के कतिपय पाखंडी चुप बैठे हैं क्योंकि हमारी सोच है कि -”हमें क्या करना है…..!”
ज़रा सोचें.
i could do just one thing, tried to improve myself, becoz somewhere i read years ago. “We” the people of nation are like “links” and country like a chain. if links means we are strong enough country means chain is strong by itself. so all you are requested to use jucicial facilities and other rights of being democratic nationals. ask our servents, these leaders who have misinterpreted the meaning of democracy. Use the act. RTI 2005 to improve the condtion of nation India.;)
Illiteracy is the root cause of the problems…
90% of our so called MPs,look at them- rustics,uneducated and a huge criminal background. As long as people continue to vote for these kind of people and bring them to power,nothing is going to happen.
Politics should be the bastion of the young and bright not the old and trite.
We need more politicians like Rahul,Omar,Sachin and Murli and not the Mayawati and Gowda kind…
Cos at the end of the day our economy is based on politics. We play the the right politics and we will have the right nation….
