ला पिला दे साकिया, पैमाना पैमाने के बाद,
होश की बातें करेंगे, होश में आने के बाद……..!
जो हैं पीते, लोग कहते, होश में रहते नहीं,
मेरे जैसे, होश में, आते हैं, पीने ही के बाद…..!
होश क्या है किसने जाना, हमने माना है यही,
होश में आता है इन्सां, ख़ुद को पा जाने के बाद…….!
दोस्ती का गम नहीं अब, जब से जाना है सही,
दोस्ती है “भूल जाना”, मतलब निकल जाने के बाद….!
जब शुरू होता है दिल में, दर्द का ये सिलसिला,
याद आ जाती तुम्हारी, याद ही यादों के बाद….!
मै भटकता, तू है मंजिल, कैसे तू समझे भला,
हर जगह पहुचा मगर, तेरे चले जाने के बाद……!
इक नया अंदाज कैसा, जिन्दगी का मिल गया,
जीना है बेफिक्र जैसे, जी रहे मरने के बाद….!
