Cloudburst
Starts the Cloudburst…
Lounged beside the window…
with a cup of coco
feeling nostalgic.
‘
Comes the Cloudburst…
Wouldn’t the sun shine?
Because there were monsoons…
When you were mine.
‘
Bestows,the Cloudburst…
A bag of feelings,
A bag of letters…
Which I never wrote to you.
‘
Makes me remember,the Cloudburst…
we sat in our concealment;
Talking our hearts-out…
While the radio played our favorite song.
‘
Oblivious,the Cloudburst…
How messed up my inside is-now,
All I can manage now-is
a blank stare,a bland smile.
‘
The remains of you..
remain untouched.
A prized-possession for now;
Amidst the ruins.
‘
Sways,the Cloudburst…
And slays the anguish…
Washes away the debris;
My woes languish.
‘
Aftermath,
‘
My tears cried;
I disowned them.
My cries died…
Healed,the mayhem.
‘
Period.

really awesome dude.u say nostalgic!,i just went in the flashback after reading it.very well written.
Shreyansh…the poem is nice in some places but lags behind in some.2nd para and last two paras are nice.
Indeed a very beautiful poem.
Brilliant Ideas & Imagination.
Why not attend to the suggestion and make the poem outstanding.
You can do it
