A whole year’s gone,
Since you left me,
I’m still forlorn
Last winter now,
We were one,
But come summer,
You said I’m done
My words of love,
Written in the snow,
Did summer heat
Cause them to flow?
Should we have met?
When spring was here?
Maybe then,
You’d still be near…..
