“I can see blood in a patch!
A lot of pain with a laugh!
No one around yet a lot of sound!
Many fishes and water, at the top of a mount!”.
Proclaimed a foreteller, diving in the ball,
With an expression that made everyone’s jaw fall!
With my pregnant wife by my side, I was torn!
She continued, “I can see a mother is born!!”.
Wondered all day, what her ball meant to say?
Nothing striked my head until I striked it to a tray,
With a terrific pain, blood gushed out of the cuts!
As if the Ganges were flowing out of Shivas’ hairs!
Lied next to my wife who had a due,
With a sudden outburst of screech, a cry was new!
Happiness spread all around , the cry was overpowered!
I could reach upto the first two lines of the future.
Baby boy was kept alone, was all in cries,
Third line too came alive, I breathe a relieved sigh.
Planned to celebrate in the lap of nature,
Across the ocean and hills, foreteller was a great creature!
Her last line remained a mystery for long.
Cursed the foreteller to say something wrong.
Those few words made me forget that I was a father.
Then realised, “A child gives birth to a mother!”
