The heavens pour fire
The soil burns in reply
The earth screams in agony
Down comes crashing the sky.
Mother nature pleads for help
But none heed her cry.
The souls burnt black
The hollow shells walk.
Darkness shall strike back
As satan gives a knock
In the harbors of heaven n hell
The demons shall dock.
They say this is my land
Where I shall rule till eternity
The lord has backed away
And doomed me with immortality
I shall see the fall of mankind,
And rot among the skeletons of society.
The mighty kingdom has fallen
In the dark, I see no light
There rises a shriek from the earth itself
As its children do nothing but fight
The moon has waned one last time
And it shall remain one endless dark night.
This is the end of civilization
The bricks of it crumble in the acid rain
Man drinks man’s blood
As if he’s forgotten the pain
Let zeus and satan be gone.
This is my land!
Here, I rock! I rule! I reign!
Look me not in the eye
For I am the bane of man-kind
Vultures shall rip your eyes
And you shall serve me blind.
Neither hope, nor solace
Naught death, not grace
In these lands shall you find.
Fate is the judge, I am the law
Justice and freedom are just lies
I can take out the heart
And make it’s beating stop
In front of their very eyes
For here one needs no heart, no soul
Only lust and anger would suffice.
I rule by sheer power
It is neither evil nor good
By power you survive
And by blade and blood
Have you ever seen death before?
I decide you should.
So you think you are brave
Many do, until they see what is under it’s hood
In his anger, the lord made earth of paradice
I shall create hell on earth
Each mother shall think twice
For every child will be evil from birth
Honesty, valor, souls and emotions
Shall be wiped off, for what they are worth
Humans, snakes, hyenas and jackals ,
Shall chew your bones and grin with mirth.
You can try to speak out, to rebel, to run,
But you are gagged and bound by my
invisible chain…
Those who try to think or threaten
Were, are and will be slain
For none have left and none shall leave
All those who enter my domain
Do not question, my eternal slave
This is my land!
Here, I rock! I rule! I reign!

Apoorv…What imagery, words, flow, picturisation, content & movement… to climax,…. a fantastic documentary of immenent horror my mind was presenting to me while reading this fantastic poem. An outstanding poem, one in a million. deserves all acclaim and prizes.
