I would rather be…
Sitting idly on the lush green grass, feeling the upholding breeze that goes past
Admiring the beauteous beetles, frolicking in soil, cuddling the alluring petals
Cleaning the leaves of their mud stains, enjoying the humus after the night rains
Sat the hermit of Eden, upon the throne amidst his fragrant picturesque heaven
Whispering and chuckling to the shrubs and incenses, smiling at the trees
Strolling through the garden, welcoming new butterflies, greeting the bees
Tending to the moist grounds, the gardener worked, jaded of the mortal sounds
Coquette nature cajoled its monk, the nature with flowers of February month
People walked through his kingdom, some admired the king some his home.
King was admired for his devotion, his innocent and selfless dedication
And the kingdom for its stupendous beauty, serenity and visual magnanimity
Through the window I gazed the two lovers flourish in each others company
Oh how I craved to be amidst the nature and rejoice with the eternal harmony
To be amongst the song birds and the lasting floral lee, a Gardner I would rather be……
